Tony: (singing) Baa Baa black ship have you any wool? Yes sir. Yes sir, but in order to see it you're going to need top secret government clearance.

(Tony hits Ziva with a spitball)
Ziva: Don't you have paperwork, DiNozzo?
Tony: What do you think I'm doing? I take the paper, and I make it work

Tony: Oh goody, double jeopardy.
McGee: Oh jeez.
Ducky: Oh dear.
Jenny: Oh crap.

Tony: Calling Gibbs?
Ziva: He did not pick up.
Tony: Worried about him?
Ziva: Are you?
Tony: You be worried about him. I'll be tentatively troubled, privately perturbed, fleetingly flustered.
Ziva: Have you called him?
Tony: I would have to be deeply discombobulated to even think of calling him.

(Abby walks into the deserted bull pen with evidence. She sits down at Gibbs desk and puts on his glasses)
Abby (pretending to be an angry Gibbs): I heard that DiNozzo, another wise ass comment like that and I'll smack you so hard your grandchildren will feel it. Think it's funny McGee? Wipe that smile off your face. That goes for you too David. (picks up Gibbs phone) Special Agent Gibbs! (Abby takes off glasses as she realizes Gibbs is behind her)
You're standing behind me aren't you?
Gibbs: Yep. (Abby puts the phone down) You feeling secure about your job, are you Abs?
Abby: Umm, not so much anymore.

Abby: Of course, mercury is toxic. So you shouldn't let kids break open thermometers and play with it.
Gibbs: Speaking from personal experience, Abs?
McGee: Actually explains a lot.

In the episode where they are searching for Aries computer.

Ziva We have to find the pirate copy.

Tony: You mean the pirated copy.

Ziva: Thats what I said.

Tony: No you said Pirate copy, pirate is Captain Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp.

Ziva: Johnny Depp is a pirate?

Tony: No he's an actor, how did we get here?

Ziva: I drove.

Gibbs: Don't make me slap you like I do Dinozzo.

Abbey: You wouldn't.

Gibbs: And it won't be on the head.

When Kate and Tony are scanning a marine's grave at night.

Tony: We could of done this during the day.

Kate: Scared of ghost's Tony.

Tony: No scared of getting shot for tresspassing 

One of my favourites has to be in the episode Twisted Sister when Abby says the stuff qabout the fish having cancer and stuff but i can't remember the exact quote.

 First Mind Murder

Chapter One,

Ncis was a large place Tony, Kate And Mcgee who's first name esacpes me sorry, were having a conversation about a small photo of Kate that Tony had posted to other agents in the NCIS.

Kate: "How the hell could you Tony"

Tony: "Well you know me i see it i have to have it"

Kate: "Sometimes you can be such a"

Mcgee: "*** i think is the word your looking for"

Gibbs had just walk past the desk when he heard Mcgee say.

Gibbs: "Who is a *** Mcgee"  

Mcgee: "Tony Sir, That was what Kate was going to say"

Gibbs: "Yeah i know he is, he is more horse to me then ***.

Suddenly Gibbs mobile phone rang, he put down is costa coffe drink a a plastic cup onto his large desk and answered.

Tony, Kate and Mcgee waited for when he finished, he looked up at the three of them after shuting his moblie closed,

Gibbs: "It's Abby guys she has been shout outside Adam East Museum Art Center, she was on holiday with her friend when it happen she has been taken to washington hospital".

From Hung Out To Dry

Dinozzo: Why would Gibbs rip his hard line out and put his cellphone in  paint thinner.

Ducky: On their anniversary ex wife no 3 gets drunk and repeatadly phones him.

Dinozzo: Why doesn't he change his number?

Ducky: As you may of noticed Gibbs is a man of more questions than answers.

Gibbs: Some of these guys freeze on their first jump and need a kick in the ass to get them out.

Dinozzo: Not me.

Gibbes: No you fall into the catogry of needing a kick when your on the ground.

When Gibbs, Tony and Kate are scanning a grave when investigating a marine coming back fro the dead they test the equipment on a grave where a woman has been buried with her dog.

Dinozzo: That's one lonely old woman.

Gibbs: And one pissed off poodle.

From Season 6 

Director Vance: I prefer agents to be more like Mcgee and less like Dinozzo.
