WHO THINKS GIBBS WOULD MAKE A GOOD DIRECTOR ???

Remember that ep. when Jen went off to Paris for 4 days? DiNozzo adn Duckman made a pool? Gibbs couldn't resist the lure of a fresh cae!

Nah he was acting director in Trojan Horse and it was funny but he just didnt make the person to work with cyntia and paperwork and all he just makes a great team leader :P

Yer, but admit it,  He makes and AWESOME teamleader !

While I'd love to Gibbs as Director I don't think he'd be happy, too much of an action man!

Gibbs  wouldn't  last  long  behind  a desk , he'd  do  something  to  get  demoted  to  team  leader   again .

gibbs would not last long director as he is more a good team leader and an investigator.he definately does not abide by rules so being director would put him in a difficult situation. being director gibbs would not be able to slap his team members head 

I think that Gibbs would make a good director... but his role as team leader is great now and if you cahnged it i dont think NCIS would be as funny becauase he'd have to get in to a serious mood...NCIS is all good as it is !!

I think the only way you would get gibbs to be a director would be if he couldnt physically do his job as team leader. gibbs is too good to be put behind a desk. and he hates politics.

I think Admiral Chegwedden from JAG would make a good Director since he retired from the navey!

 but not gibbs. too passionate. which is why we love him!

One other thing I've noticed. I get the impression from the episodes where he is Director is that he doesn't want to be Director. Too much ass-kissing, and that's not Gibbs.

I totally agree! Gibbs is definatly not an ass kisser and I quote! "Ass kissinf on the Hill is a Skill!" he said that to the director in one episode. Gibbs is the type to shoot first and ask questions later. he definalty sees the Director as someone who compromises in order to please people and he could never do that. Gibbs doesnt do deals remember! I think gibbs sees the director as a sell out position.
