In my opinion he's good, at least he's doing what the police can't, and besides i watch DEXTER so that i can feel happy, i mean DEXTER realy gives me a lift in life.

Yeah, Your right, its weird,

 it's like, your feeling low or upset and Dexter talks as though he completely understands what your going through, like he lives like that all the time.

I wouldn't say he was either good or evil. I think he's unique!! The crimes he commits are, I suppose, evil, but it does it to satisfy his urges to kill, not because he thinks it's good to do so. It's Harry's code that helped him concentrate on focusing his urges on killing the right people, so he doesn't end up going down the same road as Brian, his brother...

I'd agree he's both and nether at the same time - he walks both sides of the road!
