True Blood Catch Up's for Season 2

Hi All

Have just found out from a friend that the new season of True Blood is being shown on here. Does anyone know a way of me being able to view the episodes I have missed so far please?

HD schedules always behind SD

I find it slightly annoying that all the new shows on FX HD are normally shown 1 week later than on standard definition. This is really frustrating as the temptation to watch a new show on standard definition a week before the HD version is too great.

I appreciate that FX HD does not have adverts during the programs which i think is excellent but i think i would prefer simultanious broadcasts in HD and SD with adverts included.

How did FX HD manage to miss the last episode from Season 1 and the first episode from Season 2?

Not very good, considering I'm recording it on my Sky HD and then watching a batch back to back!!

Come on FX, get your act together!

is there no chance of FXUK picking up rescue me from season 4, especially since sky are not going to renew and for the fact that its actually produced but FX.

season 4 was pap

but i think given the right slot and the right promo this show will work over here

Just thought I would post to say how much I am enjoying some of the shows on FXHD (on Sky). What has particularly surprised me is the lack of advert breaks. I must say it makes shows like Dexter and Nip/Tuck significantly more enjoyable. I hope that others out there will join me and provide overwhelmingly positive feedback about this approach to programming.

I can't believe it will stay with us in long term but while it does it is fantastic.

What's happening to the FXHD channel timings especially on Dexter?

I just sent a mail to FX regarding FX HD Dexter last Sunday night. I recorded it on my brand new Sky HD box, it was due to start at 10:45pm.

When I watched it back the previous show had overrun by 22 minutes and the end of Dexter was therefore lost. I was NOT happy. Pay over 200 quid to get Sky HD, and can't even watch my favourite show. They're showing Dexter a week behind the main FX channel for some reason, so I've not lost out this time, but I now have to SkyPlus both the normal and HD versions to be safe. The HD picture does look so much better, they just need to do something about the scheduling. It's not as if they carry any live output that might affect times.

Has anyone else noticed problems like this? I hope FX reply to me about this as it needs to be sorted out!

The Riches?

Going by comments on tv.com about The Riches being shown on "FX", I was wondering if there was any chance that season 2 of The Riches might be picked up by FX in the UK? I know season 1 was on Virgin 1 (and was great) and I know season 2 was truncated by the writers strike but I do hope someone somewhere shows season 2 at some point. Does anyone have any further info?

Dexter and NCIS

I am loving FXHD currently, especially E-Ring and Third Watch amongst others. I am curious as to whether Dexter or NCIS will be shown? Alternatively what plans are there for any other scheduling in the coming months?

When is FXHD available on Virgin XL service?

I am a Virgin subscriber, but does anybody know when FXHD is available on Virgin????

I have tried Virgin’s Customer Services, but spoke to someone at Virgin and got no sense from this call centre person, possibly in India, who thought I was asking about getting FedEx on my TV….

Good Morning.

I've read today that FX HD will launch in the UK on the 21st of this month.

With this less than two weeks away, I'm surprised there is no announcement of it on the FX channel itself or the UK website.

There is no mention at all other than this new forum folder.

With this in mind, please could you confirm that reports are accurate and it is commencing on the 21st?

Also, pushing my luck a little, confirmation that both the new seasons of Dexter and Nip/Tuck will be shown from the start in HD would be great too.

First of all - love FX, fantastic channel and can't wait for the next series of Dexter later in the year!

I've heard that a HD version of FX is coming to Sky HD soon - do you have any more info on it and when it's likely to start?
