Does FX hold the rights to season 6 of Third Watch ? If so, when will it be shown ? I've seen season's 1-5 on Sky 1 and Channel 4 and have been waiting for someone to show the 6th and last season.
Season 5 is cururrently airing but it seams that will be repeated after this showing( source: Digiguide )

I just emailed FX directly and they have said that Season 6 of Third Watch will be coming to FX on August 27th 2008 @ 17:00
But if you can't wait that long i have found some of the episodes on you tube.
It's good that you've had a reply. I got into the show a while back and have seen the same seasons as well. I've been on TV.com to investigate and am amazed that no channel has bothered to do justice to this show. It's not the only one. The Closer is another brilliant series that Channel4 treats like a toy.
I only wish these broadcasters were as sensible as Five.

As a follow up, I've just found out that the More 4 channel will begin showing Season 6, each weekday night, from Monday 28th July. Set your video/DVD recorders though as it will be shown around midnight.
Oh well, better that than not at all.
